Healthy Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Muffins



I am a banana bread addict! I have been playing around with recipes to try and create something with way less sugar, fat, and calories but still LOADED with delicious flavor and texture.  Here is what I came up with!  Husband, toddler and 21 Day Fix approved ;)
Healthy Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:
3 Large Bananas
2/3 cup Stevia
1 Egg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Himalayan Salt
1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Mash bananas
Add stevia and egg
Add apple sauce
Add dry ingredients
Mix in chocolate chips
Bake 17-19 minutes at 375 degrees

*Makes 12 muffins*  Only 100 calories per muffin!

21 Day Fixers....Count 1 muffin as 1 yellow container up to 3 times a week for a tasty treat!
